Skin Authority adds two new executives to company ranks

14 Oct 2015
Skincare brand Skin Authority has added two executives to its team after what it says was a record year for the brand.

Allyson Archambault has been named east coast director of strategic accounts, and brings 14 years of experience in the spa, travel and wellness industries to this new role. Based in Orlando, Florida, Archambault is responsible for managing and servicing spa partnerships from the central to east coast regions of the United States.

Michelle Horner is the new director of customer care and education, and has more than 20 years of experience in sales, customer service and education. She is focused on supporting spa partners regionally for education and events, as well as nationally from the skin-care-coaching call centre in California.

“With more eyes on the spa industry than ever before, coaching and collaboration are essential to elevate the guest experience and raise professional skin care standards,” said Skin Authority CEO and co-founder Celeste Hilling.

“Skin Authority is poised to lead the industry on both levels: coaching that elevates the profession and collaboration that places the latest education, tools and technology in therapists’ hands. This is our commitment to the profession.”
