Spa Connectors now managing Bali spa school

09 Nov 2016
Training and recruitment company Spa Connectors has entered a management agreement with the Jamu Traditions in Bali, and will manage both Jamu Production House and Jamu Traditional Spa.

Established in 1988, Jamu Spa School was the first spa school to open in Bali and has grown into an award-winning school, branded spas, production house and a wellness clinic.

“The Jamu training team are among the most qualified in Bali, having many years of hands-on experience, international CIBTAC certifications and diplomas in teaching and evaluation,” said Kathryn Moore, founder and managing director of Spa Connectors.

Ayu Puspita Dewi, general manager of Jamu Traditions, said the team at Jamu are proud to be associated with Spa Connectors.

“Spa Connectors are passionate about empowering young people all over the world to develop a meaningful career in the spa industry and share our values of quality education, community enrichment and integrity,” she said.

The Jamu Production House has more than 20 years of experience in product manufacturing, and partners with spas around the world for a range of branded products, private label product solutions, hotel amenities, lifestyle retail, and operating supplies and accessories.

“The collaboration between Spa Connectors and Jamu brings together two industry powerhouses and is exactly what is needed right now to fill a global deficit of highly-trained spa professionals,” said Jeannine Carroll, founder and president director of Jamu Traditions. “There is no one else in the industry offering this level of training and such all-encompassing solutions to issue so many spas are currently facing.”
